From one of Italy's newer and smaller DOC, a tiny amount of wines are made here and Petrolo is the most famous one whose Gallatrona is Tuscany's most sought after Merlots. 2019 vintage has a special heart on the label for double celebration. One for its 25th year anniversary and also being the most exciting vintage. Made using 100% Merlot (certified organic) planted in 80s and early 90s on various types of soils to give fantastic structure with elegance.
