- 1.15 The bottles sent by Hock Tong Bee (Private) Limited will be chosen by said company. Similar bottles can be delivered to the client.
COMPLAINTS / BREAKAGE / LOSSES
- The Customer is advised to examine all goods purchased upon self - collection or delivery.
Any shortage or breakage must be brought to the attention of the duty staff (for self-collection) or delivery personnel immediately.
- Complaints will not be entertained unless this condition is observed.
- Corked wines should be made known to your salesperson within 48 hours and returned within 72 hours of self-collection or delivery for inspection and replacement.
- Claims after the above notice period will not be entertained.
REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY
The client may be eligible for a refund for a valid reason (example : Corked wine), after inspection, wine can be replaced, credit note can be issued or a refund via Cheque can be done.
Corked wines should be made known to your salesperson within 48 hours and returned within 72 hours of self-collection or delivery for inspection and replacement.
Cancellation for a pre-arrival sales or a regular sales needs a Valid reason to be Eligible,Cancellation must occur at least 14 days before self-collection or delivery.
RESGISTRATION
Hock Tong Bee (Private) Limited will not share any personal data of any kind with third parties for spamming or e-mailing. However by registering, clients grant CornerStone Wines with a full access to their address, name, e-mail, without any restrictions until they resign their subscription.
CONTRACT CONCLUSION
With the final confirmation of the purchase by the customer, the contract between the customer and the operators of the web shop is concluded. During the conclusion procedure the customer entirely accepts the terms and conditions and right of cancellation. The usually sent confirmation (E-mail) is expressly not a requirement for concluding the contract.
The client accepts therefore to be charged every month at the anniversary of the first billing for the amount corresponding to the wine subscription, until he ceases the contract by cancelling or suspending the subscription or until the number of month expires, only in case of a gift.
TERMS OF PAYMENT AND GST
- (1) Selling prices are displayed below each item subscription, in the shopping cart and on the final order form. While buying more than one (1) item the total price results as the sum of each single price.
- (2) Hock Tong Bee (Private) Limited uses services of third parties, which process the payment transactions (micro and macro payment). The authorized payment provider is described during the ordering process as well as in the information sidebar (information on payment methods). The authorized payment provider rules its own terms and conditions during the payment process.

TERMS OF DELIVERY
Hock Tong Bee (Private) Limited undertakes to deliver ordered products within 72 hours of order receipt to the following:
- Free delivery for a minimum value of S$ 300.00 in one order, otherwise
- Free delivery for outskirt a minimum value of S$ 500.00 in one order, otherwise
- S$30.00 +GST will be imposed.
- S$50.00 +GST for outskirt - Sentosa, Changi Airport, Tuas,Sengkang, Jalan Boon Lay, Choa Chu Kang, Ponggol, Sembawang, Woodland, Admiralty, Kranji, Yew Tee, Jurong East & West
- Orders must be received before 4.00pm from Mondays to Fridays.
- Deliveries will be made from Mondays to Fridays except Public Holidays.
- Orders received after 4.00pm will be delivered within 72 hours of receipt. For urgent orders requiring delivery within 24 hours, a S$50.00 delivery charge will be levied. All deliveries are subject to stock availability.
- Any delivery operated will be done at the address registered on the client's account; no other delivery address will be taken into account.
- For the "Wine Discovery and the Wine Explorer" offers, 12 bottles will be delivered with the fridge, then 2 deliveries of 6 bottles each OR 1 delivery of 12 bottles will occur. (Clients will be contacted by their Relationship manager in order to set up the deliveries).
FRIDGE WARRANTY
The warranty of the Maestro Wine Cellar and the Thermoelectric Wine Cellar are indicated by the manufacturer and are of 1 year ,except stated otherwise.
COPYRIGHT
- (1) Copyrights as well as any other intellectual property rights regarding to the product and service offering (files and contents) remains solely with the operators of Hock Tong Bee (Private) Limited. The customer is always obliged to observe copyrights as well as any other intellectual property rights given.
- (2) It is not allowed, neither complete nor in parts, to offer (liable to pay or even free) the purchased items on similar or otherwise offerings like Hock Tong Bee (Private) Limited.
GUARANTEE AND LIABILITY
- (1) The operators of Hock Tong Bee (Private) Limited bestow great care on developing and supporting the product and service offering.
- (2) The customer is solely responsible for selecting the product and service offering. Any guarantee and liability regarding use or bad conservation of the product will be strictly refused. Only the customer is able to access if the product and service offering is suitable for his intention.
- (3) Any guarantee or liability for offerings of third parties is fully excluded.
- (4) The operators of Hock Tong Bee (Private) Limited do not take over guarantee that the online shop is always failure-free available. The operators are not liable for damages of accidentally transmitted computer viruses. Also the operators are not liable that the offered items can always be processed, stored or forwarded.
