Neighbors with Pingus and Vega Sicilia, Vivaltus is a hidden gem made by 2 genius winemakers who are discovering the new Ribera del Duero. Owned by the Yllera Family who has been making wine for more than 6 generations in Castilla y Leon. Planted on diverse soils located in high altitudes that are old vines of average 90 years old. Wines are made by Jeff and Jean-Claude Berrouet who were the brains of Petrus, La Fleur Petrus and Trotanoy for more than 40 vintages. 97% Tempranillo with a dash of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon to add more structure.
