Tasting Notes
To the eye the Noble Cuvee presents a light gold colour animated by very fine bubbles and a very persistent line of foam. Aromas of preserved citrus and white flowers develop alongside roasting and mineral notes. In the mouth the attack is dense and fresh, opening with complex flavours that evoke citrus, pear, spices and honey with a touch of minerality.
