Tasting Notes
Sweetly smoked barley on the nose alongside streaky bacon, golden syrup, caramel and salty seaweed. The palate shows tangy Seville marmalade developing to peat smoke, oat biscuits, buttery pancakes and charred oak. Puffs of smoke linger on the finish, with dark peat and damp earth plus sherbet lemon and plum jam.
