Tasted at the Brane-Cantenac vertical at the chateau, the 1993 Brane-Cantenac has a light, leafy bouquet that just drifts away in the wind. The palate is medium-bodied with very light tannin, a simple Margaux that seems flat on the finish. It is a wine that has run out of ideas and seems to be on the downward slope. Tasted March 2016.
