This is the flagship of Xavier and comes from various plots where grapes are co-planted. Indicative grapes include Grenache, Vaccarese, Counoise, Mourvedre, Cinsault, Terret and Muscardin.
Complex wine with great minerality. Aged in oak for more than 15months in various woods. Low SO2 and light filtration.
Full-bodied red with lots of concentrated fruits and mocha yet focused with silky texture.
