ADMINISTRATOR
Responsibilities:
- Customer service
- Filling of all documents
- Invoices creation
- Generating invoices and reports
- Ad-hoc duties when required
Requirement:
- 'N' or 'O' Level with some basic accounting knowledge
- No experience graduate are welcome
WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT
Responsibilities:
- Pick and Pack wines products
- Housekeeping of warehouse
- Stocktaking activities
- Staff and Unstaffed Container
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirement:
- Possess a valid forklift license
- Candidate must possess at least a Pri/Sec/'O' level
- Physically fit as some carrying required.
- Able to commence work immediately.
- 5 days week
DELIVERY DRIVER
Responsibilities:
- Delivery, loading and unloading of goods
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirement:
- Experience delivering to supermarkets/hotels/restaurants and pubs.
- Possess class 3 driving license, with forklift license will be advantage.
- Candidate must possess at least a Pri/Sec/'O' lvl
- Must be physically fit.
- Able to commence work immediately.
- 5 days week
FINANCE EXECUTIVE:
Responsibilities:
- All functions related to Account Receivable, Bank reconciliation and Quarterly GST Filing
- Assist Auditors during yearend audit
- Assist in preparing, updating and maintaining of books for subsidiary account
- Assist with Month-End closing including bank reconciliations
TRADE SALES RELATIONSHIP MANAGER:
Requirement:
- Enthusiastic
- 'O' Level and above
- Preferably fluent in foreign language
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Sales or wine knowledge will be an advantage
- Managing the outlets/ Restaurants and Hotels
CORPORATE SALES RELATIONSHIP MANAGER:
Requirement:

LOGISTIC EXECUTIVE:
Responsibilities:

- Import/Export/permit Declaration - (preferably with experience)
- related administrations tasks, invoicing, filing etc
- in/out order shipments co-ordinations
- export/import orders fulfillment
- value added customer services and necessary warehouse & logistic operational requirements not must but advantage.
